the details of the application process

1. To decide which level you will take;


You can refer to the Kanji Kentei website and look at past exams (although it is all in Japanese)

Also you can refer to the website below which shows you a list of Kanji for each level  

Each level includes Kanji from the lower level, so Level 7 has Kanji from level 10, 9, 8 and 7 and you need to know total 640 Kanji for level 7.

 

2. To register for the exam 

If you would like to go ahead, please go to the following website and pay the exam fees.

You will need to enter the following details

     first name (in Japanese katakana):

3. Payment method

There are 2 methods for paying the exam fees:

Payment is due by 24th September 2017.

If there are less than 20 applicants we cannot go ahead with the test (this is according to the rules of the organisation that administers the test in Japan).

             No refund will be available under any circumstances once your payment has been accepted unless cancellation is made by Kanji Kentei Kyoukai or Takfs Tutoring

 

4. To study Kanji !

We can provide you with some useful websites to assist your study.

 5. To take the exam

Turn up to Coorparoo Secondary College 10 minutes before the exam begins and bring a lead pencil.

And, "Ganbarou!"


6. Receiving your result

Your results will be released 45 days after the exam (you will receive your marks and an official certificate if you passed the exam)
